Description

There are plenty of wormers available on the market - what does Ultramax offer?

- Made by a trusted Australian company, Pharmachem, Ultramax is a great alternative to many of the generic wormers available today that offer a low price but very few promises on product performance.

- Efficient: Kills Roundworms, Ascarids, Hairworms, Threadworms, Large Mouth Stomach Worm, Large & Small Strongyles, Lungworms, Threadworms, Tapeworms, Bots and nematode skin lesions and controls summer sores in Horses. Each syringe treats up to 600kg bodyweight.

- Safe: Safe for foals, very old horses and pregnant mares.

- Easy: Low volume, apple flavoured paste in an easy grip and easy to use syringe with a proven Ivermectin/Praziquantel formulation.

- Value: An honest wormer at a low price with minimal packaging that discourages waste. Available single or in buckets - the more you buy, the cheaper it gets.

All horses should be subject to regular worming to maintain good health and peak condition. Particular attention should be given to young horses and mares. Foals should be treated initially at 6 to 8 weeks of age and this treatment repeated regularly as required. Consult a veterinarian when developing a worm control program to suit your needs.

Ultramax displays a wide safety margin at the recommended dose rate of 1 mL/100 kg bodyweight and may be used in young foals and very old animals. Mares may be treated at any stage of pregnancy and fertility will not be affected in either sex.

Composition: Praziquantel 140 mg/g, ivermectin 18.7 mg/g.
